Welcome to the Scout Section of Scott's Own Sea Scouts

Meetings are held at Scott’s Own Sea Scouts Den which is located at the Oamaru harbour beside the Penguin colony.

Scouts aged 10.5 to 15 years meet on Monday at 6.30 - 8.30pm

7 Feb - Brief about the scouting year ahead, games and knots
14 Feb - Bike Maintenance & Road Course - Bring your bike!
21 Feb - Rock Climbing - Rec Centre
28 Feb - Mountain Biking - Both patrols to leave den and follow route directions found along the way.
7 March - Paint Ball
14 March - Canoeing and Treasure Hunt
21 March - No Scouts
28 March - Search and Rescue - Cape Wanbrow - Scouts are to build shelter and provide first aid to an 'injured' party member.
4 April - Search and Rescue and Ham Radio
11 April - BBQ at the Den - Pot luck BBQ that Scouts are to cook.
